Reserva Reserve

We organize, manage and carefully prepare every order for each person who purchased it.

Envío Shipping

If you have purchased a drop, these are the drop phases and their timelines:

Reservation Period: A new drop appears, and the customer has 1 to 2 weeks to reserve it, unless it sells out sooner. After this, you will no longer be able to purchase it.
Preparation Period: We organize, manage, and prepare orders, which takes 4-6 weeks.
Shipping Period: We send orders through our logistics company, which will arrive at their destination within 10-15 business days.

Therefore, the drop you have reserved will arrive at your home once the preparation and shipping periods are complete.

If you have reserved a drop and it is still within the reservation period, it can be canceled. Once the drop is no longer available for reservation, it means it has entered the preparation phase. In that case, it could no longer be canceled.

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to communicate your decision to return it, provided that the right of withdrawal is applicable in accordance with current legislation.

To request a return, write to info@kornersport.eu stating your name and order number.

The product must be returned in suitable condition, without having been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The customer may be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Unless otherwise stated or the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Korner Sport, the costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
